Figure 2.

A modified oncolytic adenovirus successfully proliferates and produces IL15in tumor cells. (a) A schematic diagram of recombinant Ad-IL15. (b) The expression of IL-15. ELISA was used to measure IL-15 levels in the supernatant of cell cultures. Different human and mouse tumor cell lines were treated with Ad-IL15 for 24, 48, 72 or 96 h at the indicated dose (MOI = 50). The supernatant of untreated cell cultures was used as a control (CTR). (c) Cell proliferation analyses of Ad/Ad-IL15-infected human and mouse tumor cell lines. A CCK-8 assay was performed to evaluate the viability of different human and mouse cell lines treated with Ad/Ad-IL15 at different MOIs for 3 days. (d) Assessment of viral protein expression in three mouse cell lines infected with Ad-IL15 by western blotting.
