Verification of absence of HLA-DR on myeloid cell subclusters at the maternal-fetal interface by immunofluorescence (IF) staining

(A) In all trimesters (and all samples), myeloid cells (CD14+) that lack HLA-DR expression (circle), and myeloid cells that do have HLA-DR expression (arrow) are observed.

(B) Confirmation by IF that not all CD14+ cells in the decidua express HLA-DR (circle), while others do (arrow).
