PD-L1 influence AML progression via PI3K-AKT signaling pathway. (A) Western blot results showed decreased expression of PI3K, AKT and p-AKT by PD-L1 knockdown in KG-1a cells. Moreover, PD-L1 overexpression induced the expression of PI3K, AKT and p-AKT by in KG-1a and EoL-1 cells. (B) The AKT inhibitor MK-2206 (5 μM) had no effect on the proliferation of KG-1a cells upon PD-L1 overexpression. Full-length blots are presented in Supplementary Figure S6.
