Those who were scored negative by IGRA and had a negative phase II IgG IFA titer in 2020/21 (and 2014 and 2015 in the Dutch Village cohort) were categorized as Unexposed. Naturally Exposed was defined by a positive or borderline IGRA and/or a positive phase II IgG IFA titer in 2020/21 (and 2014 and 2015 in the Dutch Village cohort)
