Data presented as Mean SD. 25(OH)D: 25-hydroxy vitamin D, LH: Luteinizing hormone, FSH: Follicle-stimulating hormone, SHBG: Sex hormone-binding globulin, Tt: Testosterone, E2: Estradiol, FAI: Free androgen index. Differences between the 3 groups were tested using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) (a), Welch and Brown-Forsythe (A), Kruskal-Wallis test (b). Post hoc tests for normal distribution data (a): Least Significant Difference test (LSD), (A): Dunnett T3. Pairwise comparison for non-normal distribution data were tested using Mann-Whitney test (b). P 0.05 was considered statistically significant |
