This figure shows the true positive edges, depicted as a square, for the top ranked 100 edges and 500 edges across each iteration for A. thaliana and P. trichocarpa respectively. For iteration 1 in A. thaliana, the first true positive edge is not discovered until rank 325. For iteration 1 in P. trichocarpa, the first true positive edge is not discovered until rank 965. The shifting of the true positive edges towards earlier rankings indicates the true positive edges moving up in the ranks of the final edge list and are more likely to be retained when thresholded.
