Fig. 7 — Young (6–8 weeks), old (52 weeks), lean, and obese C57bl/6 mice were infected with 1700 PFU of MA-SARS-CoV-2. Blood was collected at 5 days post-infection (n = 3) and cytokine levels were quantified by luminex multiplex ELISA. Levels for GCSF (A), IL6 (B), IL7 (C) and IL17 (D) are shown. Two-sided Unpaired t-test was performed to calculate the statistical significance between different groups. Bars represent geometric means; error bars represent standard deviation.
