Hybridization of HincII-digested total DNA from wild-type D. dehalogenans and pLUW906 integrants of D. dehalogenans with probes specific for frdAC (A) and pG⁺host9 (B). pG⁺host9 and pLUW906 plasmid DNAs were used as controls.
