C. Image of a postoperative pathological adult granulosa cell tumor from a 51-year-old woman (case 84 among the 575 women) is shown. The mass was classified as O-RADS 4, a smooth solid mass with a color score of 2-3; the RMI4 score was 66.72; the malignancy risk of IOTA LR2 was 48%; and the IOTA SR model classified it as a malignant lesion.
