Pathway enrichment analysis was conducted using the Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery (DAVID) v6.8 and KEGG and Reactome databases. Pathways with nominal p-value < 0.1 were considered significant. Pathways identified from both databases were combined and sorted by the nominal p-value.
