IGF-1 antagonizes CBD’s effect on cell viability. MDA-MB-231 cells were plated on 96-well plates. The day after, cells were treated with 5 µM CBD in combination with different concentration of (A) IGF-1, (B) EGF, (C) FGF-2, (D) TGFβ1 or with (E) 10% FBS in DMEM with 0.5% FBS. Cell viability was quantified after 48h as described in Materials and Methods. Data are represented with box and whisker plots derived from three independent experiments.
