Table 4.

FAME analysis of the acyl lipids extracted from lentisk leaves. The levels of each compound are expressed as chromatographic relative peak surface measured as total ion current (area % TIC). The extraction yield for each lipid fraction was similar: 1.95 ± 0.05 g/100 g of dry matter.
