DMSO: ethanol (1:1, v/v) and cisplatin (10 µM) were used as negative and positive controls, respectively. Total ERK1/2 was used as a loading control for Western blotting. (b,d) The relative fold of protein expression was calculated using the intensity of the protein band in comparison to that of a loading control and shown as a bar graph.
