Cytotoxic activity of OFE. Cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay after Vero cell treatment with OFE for 24 h at different concentrations (from 200 to 3.125 μg/mL). Non-treated cells were used as the positive control (+), whereas DMSO was used as the negative control (−).
