Cytotoxic activity of formulations. Cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay after Vero cell treatment with each olive-derived formulation for 24 h at 200 μg/mL OFE. Non-treated cells were used as the positive control (+), whereas DMSO was used as the negative control (−).
