Validation of candidate DE-miRNAs by RT-qPCR in the Non-ALI and ALI groups. (a–h) Relative expression levels of selected miRNAs in the Non-ALI and ALI groups were detected by RT-qPCR (n = 20 in each group). The results were normalized to cel-miR-39. Data were analyzed by Mann–Whitney U test. Hsa-miR-181d-5p and hsa-miR-26b-3p could not be detected owing to their low expression levels.
