Hesperetin inhibited epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). GL261 cells were treated with hesperetin at indicated concentrations for 24 h. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and vimentin. Representative Western blots present target protein expression. Protein expression levels of E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and vimentin were quantified by densitometry and normalized to GAPDH (n≥3). *, P<0.05, **, P<0.01, and ***, P<0.001 compared with the respective control group. C represents control group (without HSP treatment). GAPDH, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase; HSP, hesperetin.
