Metabolic reprogramming in Junb-deficient CD4⁺ T cells. Naive CD4⁺ T cells isolated from Junb^fl/fl or Junb^fl/flCd4^Cre mice were cultured under Th1-, Th2- and Th17-polarizing conditions. After 48 h, extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) (A) and oxygen consumption rate (OCR) (B) were measured using a Seahorse analyzer. During ECAR measurement, cells were sequentially treated with glucose, oligomycin, and 2-DG.
