In the lowest concentration ratio of GMS/lecithin (i.e., 0.5), by increasing the concentration of Tween 80, the PDI values of the nanoparticles sharply declined. However, in the highest concentration of GMS/lecithin (i.e., 2.0), a slight decrease in PDI values was observed due to a rise in the concentration of Tween 80.
