Growth kinetics at different concentrations of the NaCl. Chromohalobacter salexigens ANJ207 was grown in the flask with the initial equal cell concentration at different concentrations of salt. The growth was monitored and OD₆₀₀ was calculated at different time intervals. OD₆₀₀ was plotted against different time intervals.
