Far-UV CD spectra of α-Syn monomer and fibrils formed in the presence and absence of each cation. The fibrils formed by 100 µM α-Syn in 20 mM Tris buffer (pH 7.5) or in presence of 500 µM of the metal cations were analyzed. The measurements were carried out in room temperature (25 °C).
