Thermal injury of the RLN with incomplete LOS. The RLN was injured by lateral thermal spread of electrocauterization (white arrow). Comparing R2p signal (351 µV) with R2d signal (1837 µV) showed an approximately 81% amplitude reduction and the development of temporary vocal cord palsy.
