Thermal injury of the RLN with incomplete LOS. The RLN was injured by lateral thermal spread of electrocauterization (white arrow). Comparing R_2p signal (351 µV) with R_2d signal (1837 µV) showed an approximately 81% amplitude reduction and the development of temporary vocal cord palsy.
