Transfer of poly(GP) assay onto Simoa HD-X. (A) Effect of sample diluents was assessed by comparing signal/noise (S/N) using control human CSF spiked with 25 pg/mL GST-GP32 standard, diluted 1 in 2 with different Quanterix diluents. Samples were run in duplicate on a single two-step Simoa assay (HD-X), using mGP +GP57*−60* Homebrew assay.
