Western blots of LPS isolated from PAO1, PAO-JP1, PDO-100, and PAO-JP2 (lanes 1 through 4, respectively) grown in M9-glucose and FAB-citrate media. Western blots were reacted with A-band LPS- and B-band LPS-specific MAbs. Note that in both M9 and FAB media all four strains produced similar amounts of A-band LPS and B-band LPS.
