Spike protein associated to Poly(I:C) plus Alum co-administrated induced high titers of neutralizing antibodies. Titers of neutralizing antibodies were determined in vitro by neutralization assay after two and three immunizations. PRNT50 (A, C) and PRNT90 (B, D) for mice plasma collected 7 days after two and three immunization.
