In each graph, box plots from left to right are: planning CT segmentations before deformable registration (i.e. only rigid registration fiducial alignment between planning CT and CBCT); multi-modality free-form (MMFF); large deformation diffeomorphic metric mapping (LDDMM); and proposed deep learning (DL) model. In the latter three, planning CT segmentations were deformed by the stated method.
