Effect of MG on growth of wild-type strain C. beijerinckii NCIMB 8052 and mutant BR54. Cultures (5 ml) in medium T.5 were inoculated with 10 to 100 μl (1.5 × 10⁵ to 15 × 10⁵ CFU) of cells grown overnight from activated spores.
