Early axSpA without active inflammation. This 24-year-old male patient has negative radiography but unequivocal erosions in MRI-T1 and CT (arrows). However, he shows no osteitis on STIR. While he does not fulfill the definition of a positive imaging test (radiography is negative and MRI shows no active inflammation), the erosions still support a clinical diagnosis of axSpA
