SRT2104 decreased viable cell numbers in a dose and time—dependent manner. SVOG cells were incubated with either control media or with varying concentrations (10, 25 or 50 μmol/L) of SRT2104 for 24, 48 and 72 h. Cell viability was determined using XTT assay.
