TGFβ mediated only part of the chondroprotective effects induced by milk‐derived EVs. Using an antibody‐based capture system, TGFβ‐positive CMEVs were separated from TGFβ‐negative CMEVs and used to stimulate chondrocytes in monolayer (48 h) in the absence of IL‐1β.
