Percentages of T cells (D), helper T cells (E), cytotoxic T cells (F), Th1 cells (G), Th2 cells (H), Th17 (I), regulatory T cells (J), Tbet⁺ Tregs (K), GATA3⁺ Tregs (L), and Rorγt⁺ Tregs (M) in the MLN of control or pectin supplemented mice. Statistical differences between experimental groups were determined with one‐way ANOVA, followed by Dunnet post‐test (* p < 0.05, and ** p < 0.01).
