Both spillover variables are scaled such that a 1 unit shift represents a 10 percentage point shift in the proportion of reassigned students. All models include controls for student race/ethnicity, gender, special education, and ELL status, effects of reassignment event history, node-by-grade fixed effects, year fixed effects.
