Regression of primary tumor and metastases in Patient 6. A primary tumor is visible in the liver prior to the study start (blue box, day -39) but only the tumor-free cavity remains in subsequent images throughout the course of the study. In the lung, multiple metastases present as white spots throughout the first 82 days of imaging but are undetectable by day 160 and remain so for the remainder of the study. All images are MRI with the exception of day −39 for the liver, which is CT.
