The green line represents a linear regression fitted to relate the model’s predictions to the manually annotated ground-truth motility labels. The shaded margin around the regression line visualizes a 95% confidence interval obtained by bootstrapping. A red identity line is further added to the plot for easier assessment of the overall performance. Finally, coefficients of determination (R2 scores) are given for each result.
