Proteomic analysis of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) virus cultured in Vero E6 cells. The N, Gc, Gn, L, and NS proteins of SFTS virus were identified. The Sequence coverage (%) and detection frequency of each protein (Peptide spectral match) are indicated. MS/MS analysis identified nearly all tryptic peptides from the N protein (> 92% sequence coverage); however, detection frequency was highest for the N-terminal tryptic peptide (amino acids 7–26) of the N protein
