ThGM cells have a unique transcriptome profile. Human ThGM, Th1, and GM-CSF⁺Th1 cells were isolated from PB T_M cells using a combination of FACS sorting and cytokine capture assay (n=6 subjects). RNA was extracted and analyzed using RNA-seq analysis. (A) Representative flow cytometry dot plots showing GM-CSF, IFN-γ, IL-17A expression by total T_M cells before separation, and of isolated Th1, GM-CSF⁺ Th1, and ThGM cells isolated from PB of healthy donors.
