Prevalence of S1PR–aAb in SSc patients as a function of a diagnosis of PAH. SSc patients were subdivided into those with or without a diagnosis of PAH. (A) Prevalence of S1PR1-aAb was similar in both groups of patients, whereas (B) the prevalence of S1PR2-aAb was higher in SSc patients with PAH than in patients without PAH (P<0.05). (C) The difference in prevalence of S1PR3-aAb between both groups did not reach statistical significance (P>0.05). The binding indices (BI) along with the percentages of positive samples are provided. Prevalence was compared by one-sided Chi square test.
