TLR22 induces pro-apoptotic mtROS-dependent HIF-1α activation in A. hydrophila-infected HKM. (A) HKM pre-incubated with YCG063, di-BPA or transfected with sc-siRNA, tlr22-siRNA were infected with A. hydrophila, and the expression of hif1a mRNA studied at 4 h p.i.
