Regulation of A3C expression at the transcriptional and post‐transcriptional levels. U2OS cells were transfected with empty pcDNA3 or pcDNA3 encoding a V5‐tagged version of A3C. Twenty‐four hours later, the cells were treated with etoposide and KU60019, alone or in combination, for an additional 48‐h period. Expression of the indicated proteins was assessed by western blotting. Two independent experiments are shown.
