Interferons do not modulate A3C levels. U2OS cells were treated with 100 ng·mL⁻¹ α, β, or γ interferons for the indicated periods. The lanes labeled ‘+ 1 h’ represent conditions in which fresh interferon was added one hour before harvesting. For the ‘10 days’ condition, fresh interferon was added every other day. Expression of the indicated proteins was assessed by western blotting.
