Heme oxygenase (HO)‐1 reduces the expression of costimulatory molecules in bone marrow‐derived dendritic cells (BMDCs). BMDCs were stimulated with house dust mite (HDM) or HDM followed by hemin (HDM + hemin), PBS‐stimulated BMDCs were as control (PBS). A: Expression of HO‐1 and β‐actin in each group was examined by Western blot analysis. B: Flow cytometry (FCM) of expression of costimulatory molecules in BMDCs. CE: The levels of IL‐23, IL‐6, and IL‐10 in cell culture supernatant were detected with ELISA.
