Heme oxygenase (HO)‐1 reduces the expression of costimulatory molecules in bone marrow‐derived dendritic cells (BMDCs). BMDCs were stimulated with house dust mite (HDM) or HDM followed by hemin (HDM + hemin), PBS‐stimulated BMDCs were as control (PBS).
