The role of dendritic cell (DC)‐released extracellular vesicles (DCEVs) in house dust mite (HDM)‐induced allergic airway inflammation. Mice were sensitized with different stimuli‐induced DCEVs (HDM‐DCEVs/HDM group, (HDM + hemin)‐DCEVs/HDM group, hemin‐DCEVs/HDM group), and challenged with HDM. HDM or PBS‐sensitized and challenged mice were as a control group (HDM/HDM, PBS/PBS).
