Lysates and releasates of platelets resting and stimulated with 0.5 U/mL thrombin were analyzed with the LC‐MS/MS method. PDI isoforms and selected platelet‐secreted molecules were semiquantified using emPAI % calculation. ↑ increase; ↓ decrease; *< .05, **< .01, ***< .001; n = 3–6; Student's t test or Mann‐Whitney test.
