(c) M19‐CHO cells stably transfected with vector alone (negative control), wild‐type MBTPS2, or mutation‐bearing MBTPS2 (Val256Leu, Arg429His, and Gly500Asp) underwent dual transfection with a luciferase reporter gene driven by a sterol‐responsive element and renilla luciferase driven by a constitutive promoter.
