Data plotting for CSF flow using a MATLAB script

(A) The screenshots show partial parts of the MATLAB script. The numbers with red lines can be modified based on the experimental or analyzing conditions.

(B) The figure files that are generated during analysis showing a subset of tracks (B1), all tracks that meet the experimenters’ thresholds with colors representing each track (B2) or the direction of movement (B3, direction is represented by the rose plot). Only the Figure 3 (B3) is saved.
