DLEU1 boosted tumor stemness maintenance and chemo-resistance. (A) DLEU1 boosted spheroid formation of CCA cells (t-test). (E-F) Normalized tumor growth curve (two-way ANOVA) and tumor weight (t-test) showed that DLEU1 significantly increased chemo-resistance to cisplatin and gemcitabine treatment in vivo.
