Electron transfer in F420-dependent sulfite reductase (Fsr). In Fsr, protein-bound flavin is reduced by F420H2, and the electrons from reduced flavin are transferred via a set of iron-sulfur clusters to the siroheme-[Fe4-S4] center, where an oxyanion is reduced. “Fsr-N” and “Fsr-C” indicate the N- and C-terminal halves of the Fsr, respectively.
