Figure 2. — Immunostaining of V5-labeled Na_v1.2 and Na_v1.6 with MAP2 or AnkG in cultured hippocampal neurons. By cross-referencing with dendrite (MAP2) and AIS (AnkG) markers, we found that Na_v1.2 is enriched in AIS, distal axon and dendrites, whereas Na_v1.6 is mainly localized in the AIS region.
