Custom made intratracheal dosator intended for in vivo delivery to mice using assembled components (Panel A) including: a 1 mL syringe with luer lock connection, 3-way stopcock and a 10 µL pipette tip. Spray dried powder is loaded into the pipette tip and all components are assembled tightly together (Panel B).
