  • - Subtalar joint osteoarthritis

  • - Failed tibiotalar arthrodesis

  • - Failed total ankle arthroplasty with bone stock loss

  • - Morbid obesity

  • - Severe malalignment

  • - Severe instability

  • - Avascular necrosis of the talus greater than 50%.

  • - Charcot neuroarthropathy

  • - Loss of bone stock of talus and/or distal tibia secondary to infection, tumour resection or post-traumatic.
